  • Coaching/mentoring SME and NGO network operators on how to improve the cost-effectiveness of their Internet connectivity.

  • Pro-bono work as a lecturer/writer on Internet Governance for NGOs and Universities.

  • Volunteer AfriNIC Local Internet Registry Trainer.

  • Consultant on a multiple ISP merger in Uganda, managed and grew their largest account during merger, designed and implemented networks in remote areas, streamlined procurement and support to corporates operating in remote areas.

  • Helped develop a "social venture" satellite provider with an alternative interconnectivity model for Africa in order to bring micro-finance, e-health, e-government and other data services to rural communities.

  • remaining up-to-date with Internet policy developments in the registry system and the Internet in general.
  • Responsible for Registration Services web content management issues, including redesign of department's external web pages.
  • Conduct training courses for LIR staff in various European cities on IP space management and DNSSEC (DNS Security extensions).
